Application of Thermal Conductive Materials in Automotive Electronics
Automotive electronic products can generally be classified into two categories, one is automotive electronic control devices, the other is automotive electronic devices. Among them, the former is used in conjunction with the mechanical system on the vehicle, that is, the so-called semi-conductor market application structure of the so-called electromechanical combination of automotive electronic devices, including engine control system, chassis control system, body electronic control system. Introduction and application of thermal conductive gel
The thermo gel series is a two component preformed thermal conductive silicone grease, which mainly meets the demand of low pressure and high compression modulus when the product is used. It can achieve automatic production and good contact with the assembly of electronic products, showing low contact thermal resistance and good electrical gas insulation characteristics. This material has some advantages of both thermal conductive gasket and silicone grease, which make up for their weaknesses.
The thermal conductive gel inherits the advantages of good compatibility, weatherability, high and low temperature resistance and good insulation. It can also meet the need of heat transfer under various applications. It has high thermal conductivity, low compression pressure, low compression pressure, high compression ratio, high electrical insulation, good new heat resistance, and can be used automatically.
