1. Thermal conductivity. The thermal conductivity is the physical parameter of the material itself, and can not be used as the only distinguishing condition between good and bad. 2. Viscous requirements. In principle, it is not recommended to use thermal conductive silicone film backing instead of other fixtures, because the thermal conductivity of the double-sided adhesive is not high, the overall thermal conductivity of the thermal conductive silicone film behind the backing adhesive will be reduced, and the effect behind the double-sided adhesive will be worse. 3. Requirements for glass fibers. Increasing the thermal conductivity of glass fibre mainly plays a supporting role in the thermal conductive silicone film to prevent too thin to be torn and difficult to install.
